Registration is a 3-step process:

  1. Fill the pre-registration form available in the menu Registration > Pre-Registration.

  2. Go to the Azur-colloque website for the registration and payment (credit card, purchase order or bank transfer). Purchase order is mandatory for CNRS institution.  

  3. Optional: submit your abstract in the menu Abstract Submission

 

Note that you will receive the final confirmation for your registration only after your payment was recorded (can take some days) and that reimbursement/cancellation is not possible.

Deadlines:

Registration opening: 25 April 2018

Registration end with lodging: 28 May 2018 (room reservation will close at this date)

Registration end without lodging: 15 June 2018

Abstract submission deadline: 15 June 2018
