The registration fees are :

For all participants, registration fees include

• meeting attendance and coffee-breaks during the meeting
• the abstract book
• wine and Auvergne cheese degustation the 02/07 evening
• a buffet lunch on the 03/07 in the backyard of the Limagne Amphitheater (For any food allergies and intolerances please write at : emilie.brasset@uca.fr)
• a Gala dinner on the 03/07 at the restaurant located at the top of the Puy de Dome
• a lunch box with a sandwich, a dessert and a drink on the 04/07
• a pass for public transportations (3 days)

Classical single student rooms (http://usine.crous-clermont.fr/logements/clos-saint-jacques/clos-saint-jacques/) are located at the CROUS Résidence Le Clos St Jacques (25, rue Etienne Dolet) and hight standing single student rooms (http://www.crous-clermont.fr/miu/Modeles/page_accueil.php) at the Maison Internationale Universitaire MIU (9, rue Kessler). Both are nearby the conference location, can be reserved until the 28th of May 2018, at the time of meeting registration (limited number of rooms available). This includes: 2 nights with breakfasts (02/07 and 03/07), cleaning of the rooms, bed sheets, cleaning kit (shampoo, body wash gel, soap, WC paper roll), wifi access. Bath towels are only included for the MIU accomodation.
